Answers to some Frequently Asked Questions:
- Where is Cessco Located? 4222 N.E. Columbia Blvd. Portland, Oregon 97218
- Can Cessco work on our equipment if we are not local? Yes, but you will pay freight charges.
- What are Cessco's service rates? We charge for parts, and $75.00 per hour for labor, however if you
bought the equipment from Cessco, we discount the Labor rate to $65.00 per hour - Minimum 1/2 hour billing
will apply. Cessco uses only new manufacturer authorized parts.
- Can Cessco "estimate" a repair cost? Yes, for a fee. Our estimate fee is our 1/2 Hour Labor Rate - the
unit must be at Cessco in order to estimate repair costs.
- Who decides if my repair is covered by warranty? All warranties decisions are made by the manufacturer.
Cessco has no control over manufacturer decisions. Should the manufacturer disapprove a warranty claim, the
customer will be responsible for the repair costs.
- What is the warranty policy on my equipment? Obviously different manufacturers have their own policies,
the best way to know your warranty is directly from the manufacturer, the following links to some of our most
